Gaming is about fun, excitement, and entertainment — not frustration or financial loss. Booyah is committed to every player's well-being, backed by practical tools and clear policies. This page explains all of that in full.
Real measures for responsible play — not just words
Take a voluntary break from your account for a set period — 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During this time, you won't be able to log in and you won't receive any marketing messages.
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, lowering it takes effect immediately — but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Set a time limit for your gaming sessions in advance. When the time is up, the system will automatically alert you and, if needed, end the session.
Regular pop-up notifications remind you how long you've been playing and how much has been transacted. Stay connected to reality.
Set the maximum amount you're comfortable losing within a given period. Once that limit is reached, gaming stops automatically — the rest is your call.
If you feel like you're losing control of your gaming, speak directly with our support team in Bangla. Our goal is to help, not to judge.
Responsible gaming at Booyah isn't an added rule — it's a core part of who we are. If a player suffers because of gaming, that's a failure on our part. That's why preventive measures are our top priority.
Responsible gaming means playing with awareness — staying in control of your time, money, and mental wellbeing. Online gaming is growing fast in Bangladesh, and most people enjoy it simply as entertainment. But for some, it can become a problem at some point — recognising that early is what responsible gaming is all about.
Booyah believes every player should know their own limits. Gaming is a form of entertainment — much like watching a film or going out. It's worthwhile when it brings you joy; when it starts causing stress, it's time to step back.
Please Note: There are no guaranteed wins. Chasing losses with bigger bets is never the answer — if that thought crosses your mind, take it as a warning sign.
You'll find all of Booyah's responsible gaming tools under the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings. They're easy to use — and completely confidential.
Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
The "Responsible Gaming" section is clearly marked as a separate area within the Settings menu.
Deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion — activate whichever tool you need.
An OTP will be sent to confirm your limit or break. It takes effect instantly once you confirm.
Answer the questions below honestly. If you answer "Yes" to more than 3 of them, take a moment to pause and reach out to our support team.
Are you placing repeated bets trying to win back money you've lost?
Are you cutting into sleep, work, or family time because of gaming?
Are you borrowing money beyond your budget to keep gaming?
Do you find yourself unable to stop gaming, or feeling uneasy when you try?
Are you hiding your gaming from the people close to you?
Do you feel irritable or anxious when you're not gaming?
This isn't weakness — it's self-awareness. Reach out to Booyah support in Bangla. We won't judge you; we're here to help.
Booyah strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. This isn't a formality for us — it's an ethical responsibility.
Date of birth is verified at registration, and age is confirmed during the KYC process using a national ID or passport. If anyone opens an account with a false age, it is closed as soon as it is discovered and all transactions are cancelled.
If younger family members have access to your device, enable parental controls in your browser. Log out of the app when you're done and never share your password.
Self-exclusion is a powerful tool — when you feel you need some distance from gaming, it is the most effective option available. On Booyah, it is completely confidential and straightforward to use.
Short-term break (Cooling-off): From 24 hours up to 6 weeks. You won't be able to log in to your account during this period. Once the period ends, your account is reactivated automatically.
Long-term self-exclusion: 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. During this period, your account is fully suspended and you will receive no marketing communications.
Permanent closure: Option to permanently close your account. This decision cannot be reversed. Any remaining balance will be returned through the standard process.
Any attempt to open a new Booyah account during a self-exclusion period is automatically blocked. Re-registering with the same phone number or email address is not possible.
Booyah's support team doesn't just handle technical issues — they're also trained to help with responsible gaming concerns. If a player raises a problem with their gaming habits, the support team will guide them toward the right tools and, if needed, secure their account without delay.
The most effective way to play responsibly is to set a budget in advance. Write down how much you're willing to spend on gaming each month — and make sure it's only money you can afford to lose without it affecting your everyday life.
Gaming is great — but when it starts causing financial stress, taking a break is the smart move. Booyah is always ready to help you do just that.
